Since starting her career in 1987, our Director and Lead Trainer - Michealar has worked in many different sectors, including nursing homes, mental health, the private sector, NHS and local council-run establishments. Consequently, she is highly knowledgeable and skilled within the care sector.

Since 2008 her passion has been training. She has a strong desire to ensure that carers and nurses experience high-quality training and are, therefore, able to look after residents & patients to the standard they deserve. She holds the PTTLS and Cava Qualifications.

Michealar is delighted to now be the Director of the Swyft Training and enjoys training and motivating her students to become exemplary carers and nurses.   She looks forward to working with your care setting and training your carers to the ‘Swyft’ standard.
