Swyft Training

Quality Training for your Care Staff

We offer accredited courses, that comply with CQC compliance, and everything required to cover your Health & Social Care training needs for your staff.

Our courses are accredited by Advantage, so you can trust that our course content is set to a recognised framework.

Statutory and Mandatory Courses taught, as well as specialist training for Nurses.

Covering from Care Certificate - Level 2 to Level 5 Management and Leadership.

Here at the Swyft Training, we believe the best training happens face-to-face.

We can travel to your setting to deliver the training you have selected for your staff. We find this can provide an incentive for staff to attend training as they do not need to travel.

We can also offer online training, or a blended programme, depending on the needs of your staff.

Courses are fun, enjoyable, staff leave the courses with new skills as well as refreshing previously taught knowledge.
